Halloween
A failed costume, stolen candy and a very real scare: Halloween, the one night when fear is allowed.
Today, I have a serious bladder problem, which causes me to frequently urinate. If I'm unable to, I get really bad cramps. To ensure I always can go, I got a note from my doctor stating I can go during class. My professor threw it away and claimed it was fake. Hello, cramps. FML
Today, I was teaching a class when a student pointed out that I'd used the wrong "your/you're" while writing on the board. FML
Today, my obsession with replying "Your Mom" reached a new level when my anatomy teacher asked what I'd done with my pencil. FML
Today, after missing college for a week due to illness, I found out my "friends" were bullshitting me about us having to write an important no-extension Biology essay. Copious amounts of my sweat, snot and tears went into that desperation-fueled nightmare. Thanks, dickheads. FML
Today, I'm in a new curriculum and I was doing science work online, when a teacher told me I had been doing Grade 7 science this whole semester, all because some stand-in teacher assigned me the wrong thing at the beginning of the year. Time to catch up a whole six months of work. FML.
Today, I pulled a muscle at work doing a cartwheel. I was doing the cartwheel to prove to one of my students that adults can do cartwheels too. FML
Today, in the class I'm teaching, I assigned my students an essay to complete for homework. One student asked me if I was deducting points for bad spelling. I teach English. FML
Today, after a conference with my teacher who had previously accused me of not doing my homework, she finally discovered she'd been losing it all this time. I've been getting straight Fs for a month. FML
Today, before class I was trying to prove I can twist myself like the people on the front of my anatomy textbook, I got onto a table and twisted my ankles behind my head. Everyone seemed impressed until I farted so loudly that it echoed in the hallway. I couldn't get my legs unstuck. FML
Today, I learned, 90 horrifying minutes into a college exam, that my 85-year-old calculus teacher had spent the last three weeks teaching us the wrong chapter. FML

What a dumb ****! Everyone knows that muscle cramps is "tight-a-ness" not tetanus. Tetanus is ringing in the ears.

I know that. It's funny when after you call someone a dumb ****, you say something dumber.

And it's even funnier when you have to explain a joke because people don't understand parody.

Sometimes teacher are just plain dumb. I had a math teacher that was trying to show an example of and exponential curve with a bouncing ball. Rather than plotting height versus number of bounces, she just plotted initial height vs rebound height and made the points closer together for each bounce. Try as I might she never got that she was just drawing the line y=0.5x, and just said “it’s zoomed in but would look curved if you plotted more.”

Sorry I did you tetanus or tinnitus? Ones a type of infection caused by things like rusty nails and one is ringing in the ears, either way neither is muscle cramp haha

So you’d assume they meant tetanus then right? Seeing as neither relate to muscle cramps you’d have to go with the one OP wrote and not bring up another irrelevant one

I guess the right word is "tetany".
