Curb your expectations

Don't listen to your parents. Just do what you want in life. It's your life, not theirs.

Let them be stupid. They'll regret it when they don't have any kids who come to see them or talk to them. They'll just come crawling back one day, and u can tell them they did it to themselves

You shouldnt have to do anything you dont want to do. Its your life. And if want to disown you then their the stupid ones.

Do what you feel is right. My dad wanted me to major in business and did that when I chose physics. It's not a big deal anymore.

I love how those type of parents think what they're doing is helping their kid, when it's doing the opposite. I honestly want to punch your parents in their faces. It's been said, but do what you want and don't listen to your parents. *Maybe* all their kids abandon them, they'll see how ******* dumb they are, though not likely.
