Today, I went to a theater and saw "Bruno" with my mom. We saw "Borat" together, so I thought, 'Hey, how bad could it be?' I don't know what was more nauseating: Bruno's penis spinning around and talking or the fact that my mom thought it was hilarious and couldn't stop laughing. FML

Today, I was at the theatre with my 4-year-old son who was situated on my lap. Halfway through the movie, he turns to face me and states loudly, "Mommy, your legs are so furry!". Everyone watching the show turned and stared at us. FML

Today, I went to see the latest Paranormal Activity movie with my mother. We were terrified and held hands at one point. The person sitting behind us thought it would be hilarious to abruptly scream into my mother's ear. She reacted by flailing and driving her arm straight into my face. FML

Today, I was at the movies with my mom and dad, and the preview to my "My Sisters Keeper" came on. The trailer started out with "Most babies are accidents..." Right as that line was finished my mom elbowed me and laughed. FML

Today, I took a girl I like to the movies. Everything went great until I went in to kiss her. She didn't object, but my mother, who apparently followed me to the theater and was now pulling me away by my shirt while saying, "We're leaving!" certainly did. FML

Exactly. I mean, Borat was more of a farce on american culture and that's why i loved it so much. Bruno was more of a "hey guys lets see how awkward we can make this shit". It was alright but when the point of a movie is to make someone understand why gays aren't so different, and then you go and just make non-stop unoriginal gay jokes...it kinda loses purpose. 2 outta 5.

this exact same thing happened today with my dad. I thought it wouldn't be too bad, we were the only people in the theater and we left after 30 minutes because we felt awkward together. I can't look at my dad tonight!!!! FML

I saw that with one of my best friends who's incredibly straight/conservative... we both laughed but she also looked kinda freaked. I started laughing at her reaction. But seeing that up on the screen was just off. That movie was so off, no matter how funny it was. I'm undecided as to whether I should say YDI or FYL. Really depends if you knew if was gonna be so disgusting beforehand or not... cause I knew.
