Today, I left on my honeymoon with my wife who is terrified of flying. The pilot announced incoming storms in the flight path, and the man next to me starts saying it's "probably fate" and "we all have to go sometime." My wife went into a full panic attack. We hadn't even left the ground yet. FML
Today, while my plane took off, I was forced to sit and watch as somebody rear-ended my car in the parking lot. FML
Today, I fell violently ill half an hour into a flight. I got sick so suddenly that I projectile vomited all over my clothes and the seat in front of me, and to top it all off, I also got diarrhea. Eight more hours to go. FML
Today, I was the only passenger on a completely booked flight to have all their luggage left behind in another country. FML
Today, I flew a toy airplane into my face. FML
Today, after being terrified for years, I went on a plane for the first time. It was also the first time I "emergency landed." FML
Today, I flew across country to college. My luggage did not. FML
Today, I got my own row on an almost full transatlantic flight. All it took was having food poisoning two hours into the flight. FML
Today, while on vacation with my family, I went parasailing. Just as I was about to take off, the wind picked up and I got blown off course. I ended up crashing into a boat and had to be rescued by the coastguard. FML
Today, the small plane I was on almost crashed, all because the pilot's girlfriend figured out mid-flight that he's been cheating on her, causing her to start screaming abuse and furiously beating him. FML

why is everyone so stupid? #14 just because a plane from the same airline crashed earlier doesn't mean his plane is now less likely to crash. and #15 you want to talk about mathematical probability? the two events are completely independent of each other. just because a plane from that airline crashed doesnt mean the other planes have less of a chance of crashing. if you flip a coin twice and it comes up heads the first time, does that mean that its less likely to get heads the second time? no.. you still have a 50% chance. dumb asses
