Today, I realized what my mom has been calling me for 20 years. She always calls me her "little fehler." With her being from Germany, I always thought it was a cute little nickname. Apparently, she's been calling me her "little mistake." FML

My girlfriend and her family are from Poland and speak on the phone in their native tongue, but they don’t know I’ve been learning the language either. It's probably one of those weird cultural differences. For instance, I know that in French "petite chou" is a term of endearment, although in English it translates into "little cabbage".

The long "e" actually can sometimes sound a bit like "ee"…it probably depends on the accent, though*. So neither side in this argument "doesn't know what they're talking about". *I remember one person in particular - from Austria – in whose speech "Bären" and "Beeren" (for instance) were easily distinguishable. The latter sounded more broad, almost like "ee".

its ok cuz lots of kids r mistakes in this world i was my mom hates me and abuses me but I still keep it positive but keep ur faith up cuz whatever screw ur mom that is plain mean u just know that u r so not a mistake
