Today, at a strategy session my manager displayed a flow chart of his employees. I wasn't included. Apparently I had been fired and they forgot to tell me. FML

Did you actually get fired from you job after that? Or did you just think they forgot to tell you? Because from what I know, that's pretty common in offices when they show "flow charts." I'm in a office and their flow charts are missing a lot of names of people well established in the company. So yeah, don't take it as meaning they don't care about you... they don't.. and worrying about it is just going to make it worst.
