Haha :) Did he do anything? Don't trust cup holders.
I'm pretty sure there weren't any cup holders since he was on the bus.
YDI OP. I don't care how exhausted you are, unless you drive around in a refurbished bus, it's impossible to confuse the two.
Blame it on the bus hitting a bump or something.
Blame it on the Je-nevermind
haha.
Blame it on the evil doers...
That sucks, but please dont tell me you might as well have been in ur car this morning instead of taking the bus while ur as exhausted as you were today.
I can only imagine what the mirage of a "cup holder" really was. Were you mugging this guy's lap?
I have to believe this is a bunch of b.s. If it is however true you deserve it for being a f**king dumbass. I hope he broke your nose!
Fuck you. Your comment reminded me of a 12 year old who learned that insulting people can make you look like a 2% cooler person. When in reality, it doesn't.
Btw, sorry for being a hypocrite, but it was necessary.
YDI, but that doesn't mean I don't pity you. Poor guy.
More of the large angry-looking man's FML than yours.
I hope that doesn't mean you sometimes drive to work so tired that you can't tell the difference between putting your mug in a cup holder and whatever it is you thought was a cup holder, or can't tell the difference between driving and riding a bus. I find it a bit hard to believe that anyone could be that tired, but I guess everyone's bodies work a bit differently. It's very hard for me to get out of bed in the morning, but once I do get up, I'm wide awake.
"Today, I was sitting on the bus when a man spilled his coffee all over me. FML"
I don't buy it. The bus driver wouldn't let you on the bus with a mug of coffee.
that's the dumbest thing I've heard all day.
I call B.S.
WHo the hell brings a coffee mug on the bus? Did you bring a plate of bagels, too?
Geez.

You are so wrong, my dad brings a big cup of tea on the bus with him every day when he goes to work. I also take the bus and have seen several people with coffee cups on the bus, so it's entirely possible this took place.

Well, this depends on if it was a regular mug or a travel mug. You can bring a travel mug/travel cup (one of the paper ones from the store, I mean) on the bus. But you technically can't bring any open food containers (ie, mug, plate of food, etc). But you see pretty much everything possible on public transportation and it would really depend on the driver.
All right, then. #25, you made a good point. I can completely understand if it was a travel mug, and the OP just didn't phrase it right--saying "mug of coffee" seems misleading, you see. Then again, saying big mug of coffee could hint that it was travel size or at least those little paper cups like you've mentioned...
Either way, OP, that was a pretty dumb. Enough said.

I'm assuming your morning ritual involves shooting up Heroin.
that was preeeetty dumb, OP.
Of course he'd be angry! You poured a cup of hot coffee on him
This is a great way to get sued, dude.
lol i'd like to see the big angry-looking guy's FML for the day.
