Sucks for you. At least you want to be with your parents. Due to my parents divorce papers, I have to stay with my mom until I graduate from school which won't be for another 2 years, and I'm 19. I would MUCH rather live with my dad, but the court thinks he's irresponsible or some shit. Which is exactly why my mom's a bitch. Sucks to be you though. I would just get away from the both of them ASAP.
If you're 19, your parents have no legal control over your life. That ends when you turn 18, even if you are still in school - at least in most countries. In Japan I believe it's 20.
So divorce your parents. Raise johnny cochran from the dead and I bet you could get money out of the deal.

That sux. My dad had custody of me for a while and always abused me and some worse shit-he gave me back to my mom because I had a seizure and HE couldn't handle it. Luckily I'm outta hs, goin to college in Jan, and living with my bf. To sum it up, I know how you feel-maybe you can get emancipated and be on your own? Good luck :-)
