Oooh, that was harsh. Parents are pretty inconsiderate sometimes. I know people are going to say, 'It was just a joke, lighten up'. But jokes like that can really hurt people's self esteem.

i hate postings like this. i spent 7 yrs with an ED, ended up hospitalized, but after intensive treatment that stuff still haunts you. it is NOT ok for parents to casually say stuff like that to their kids.

if you feel like you need to lose some weight, eat healthy and work out. if youre happy with who you are (and healthy) then f your parents who say crap to you.

and all you people who writ things like "stop eating" know your words may affect more people than you think, and not in a healthy way.
