Coming from someone that young I would think he doesn't really understand the concept, and just thinks this is something every girl is supposed to have.
I don't support incest but I think its adorable when little kids want to marry their family. No, it's actually pretty normal, and pretty common for little kids to say that. It's just their way of expressing affection, they don't know what that entails. I used to say I wanted to marry my dad when I was little. Needless to say, I don't anymore.
