Today, I had sex with my boyfriend for the first time. Afterwards, I got up to get some water. When I stood up, I fell straight to the ground, my legs were so weak. As I fell, I hit my head on the end table and knocked myself unconscious. My boyfriend laughed at me. FML

Guess he was just that good in bed!!! On a more serious note, I'm hoping you're doing well.

he was probably just proud of himself that he could do that? I guess I'm trying to see the positive side of this

that sucks op. your boyfriend needs to Learn to be more caring and less of an asshole

yah the boyfriend should have anticipated that he is sooo good in bed, that his girlfriend's legs are gonna be weak and she is gonna slip and hit her head, knocking her unconscious. Yup, that makes perfect sense!!

the only asshole part is that he didn't show concern for her well being and making sure she was OK before laughing.

For some reason it annoys the crap out of me when people rush to leave a desperately sympathetic comment for the OP.

54 he might have shown concern right after she blacked out and made sure she was okay then laughed at her when she woke up

It must be hard being that ******* stupid...

Don't tell me you've never laughed at someone else's misfortune.

52, They're on this app. I'm sure they've laughed at quite a few.

How could you hear him if you were unconscious

Perhaps she wasn't unconscious for very long, and he was still laughing when she awoke? My brother once fainted, fell down the stairs, then awoke in all of 2-3 minutes, so it's definitely a possibility.

I thought the same thing reading this. But I just assumed that maybe when she came to, he told her he was laughing at her.

You don't always wake up 3 hours later in someone's basement like in films! It's still a cause for concern even if it's only a very brief time you've been unconscious for though, I hope her boyfriend stopped laughing quickly and made sure she wasn't showing any signs of concussion etc.

When op regained consciousness she could have told her boyfriend what happened. Or her boyfriend could have found her, woke her up and then ask what happened.

When I was in 5th grade, I fainted during choir practice. When I woke up, everyone was still singing. Sometimes you're only out for a few seconds.

Hitting your head doesn't cause sustained unconsciousness like in the movies. You should be awake, if stunned (and possible concussed) within ~a few minutes. Much longer would mean some real brain damage if trauma is what caused the spell.

he was probably just proud of himself that he could do that? I guess I'm trying to see the positive side of this

Ouch, that must've hurt! Get well soon. I doubt your boyfriend wanted to laugh at you, sometimes you just can't help it if you see something funny. As long as he apologized afterwards and took care of you, I wouldn't be mad at him.

That's more true than you know. Laughing is an involuntary reaction. Lot's of people have a hard time not laughing at inappropriate times

How did you know he was laughing at you if you were unconscious?

Oops, sorry. Guess I took too long to type this. #4 beat me to it.

Just waiting for all these "dump him!" Comments.

Too late, #3 got in with one 14 minutes earlier.

Sorry, but I'd have laughed too at how silly the whole situation was. I'd be concerned for you and checking on you of course, but it is kind of funny.
