Just as #1 said, he didn't ignore your seizure and helped you. Use that as an opportunity to say thank you and maybe ask him out to show your gratitude? :) Good luck OP! And hope you feel better soon.

I can relate Op, the summer of my sophomore/junior year of highschool I had a seizure at this guys graduation party whom I had been crushing on all year. Totally embarrassing.

I feel your pain OP. I have seizures too. And my brother helped me during a seizure in the shower... So he saw me naked.

I have seizures and the first time I had one, my crush at the time was the one that found me and caught me and made sure I was okay. I can happily say that we are going on 8 months of a loving relationship ?
