Today, I let my crippling social anxiety prevent me from answering the phone. The call came from one of the many places I've applied to for my first real job. It's the first callback I've received in weeks. I need this job badly, but I'm too scared to call back and I think I blew my chances. FML.
I agree, your life sucks 70
You deserved it 69

Look, I've been there. I was diagnosed with severe anxiety a few years ago but last year I started acting courses and learnt to seperate my "anxious-self" from my "work-self" and I'm living life so much better. Don't get me wrong, some days are so freakin hard and it took a LOT of hard work and mental strength to get here, but now I can say I have my anxiety in control and my "anxious-self" isn't that bad anymore. I even answer the door to my house now and can actually go to the store. I hope you find a way to mange your anxiety soon, just don't forget that support is always around you, even if you have to be the one to give it to yourself.

I genuinely find it really interesting and think it is brilliant you are finding ways to cope and manage
