Today, after struggling to find a job for 2 years, I started working as a cleaning lady at a dentist's office. The staff room floor was littered with used q-tips, a tampon and enough aerosolised deodorant to make me wonder how medical professionals can be more filthy than my three young kids. FML.

Today, I announced to my friends that I'd proposed to my girlfriend and she'd said yes. I thought they'd be happy for me, since they were the ones who introduced me to her after all.
