Today, my parents accused me of being secretive. I have no idea what they're talking about; all I do is work, go to school, sleep, and eat. Now I'm grounded until I tell them what's going on. I have crazy parents, that's what's going on. FML

Today, my parents tried to apologize for wrongly grounding me. I told them to go fuck themselves, so now I'm re-grounded. FML
Today, my parents woke me up and grounded me for the "disrespectful" things I said to them in my sleep. Apparently I say these things every night, and each time I do they extend the grounding. FML
Today, my mom scolded me and threatened to ground me for coming home past midnight. Normally, it wouldn't be unreasonable, except for the fact that I'm 24 years-old, and that my parents live with me, in my own house. FML
Today, I was grounded for allegedly lying to my parents about being at my friend's house, in her outdoor hot tub. Apparently, my parents couldn't find me on Google Earth. I can't convince them that it's not actually a live feed. FML
Today, as per usual, my mother went to see her psychic, who told her that one of her children is harbouring a "dark secret". Now we're all grounded until one of us confesses our obviously non-existent secret. FML
Today, my dad grounded me for not having any friends. FML
Today, my parents came home after being out of town for the weekend. I stayed home, did homework and completely cleaned the house, thinking I could earn some brownie points with them. They saw how clean the house was and accused me of covering up a party. FML
Today, my dad and mom and I were going out to eat dinner. My dad wanted a romantic dinner just with my mom so he told me to make an excuse not to go. I did, which ended up as a huge fight, grounded and phone taken away. My dad just stood there in the background putting thumbs up. FML
Today, my parents heard me leaving my room at 2 am, and freaked out because they thought I was sneaking out. I was too embarrassed to tell them that I was getting food instead of having a social life. FML
Today, I'm grounded for literally the whole summer because my parents found out that I was still seeing my grandma behind their backs, even though they banned her from ever seeing us again after she spanked my sister. FML

I have sort of the same issue with mine, but I suppose I don't blame for certain reasons. They think something is wrong with me because I'm an introvert and I don't like talking much, or show emotions really haha. My mom thinks I'm weird because I don't like to spend hours outside shopping like "everyone" as she puts it. I just tell her she's crazy. Tell them the truth, explain that they're crazy! And bring a riot shield, just in case.

So your parents have no proof no evidence not even a rumour that you're up to something yet you're grounded because they for some reason believe you must be hiding something.... Ya might want to put your self up for adoption or contact childline or something, an asylum might do the trick

I doubt they have nothing to go on. They've probably heard a rumour from a sibling or most likely are basing it off how OP is reacting. Maybe OP is being more silent and withdrawn then usual. I'm not excusing their behaviour of course, I just highly doubt they are basing it all off nothing for no reason.
