This is actually mine. I can not believe I finally got one published. : ). It's actually the third one we found in the house.

Maybe it ate your mouse?

Hopefully it wasn't a trouser snake.

Rubberduckie, where do you live?
perdix 31
I'm guessing Wisconsin, because that's the only place where even the snakes love cheese. Amirite?
nofearjenshere 12
I'm guessing Kentucky.
rubberduckie94 13
Ky on a farm. But I like the cheese eating snake from Wisconsin joke don't ya know.

Ya, hey #37! Glad you liked my joke. Congrats on the Wildcats taking the NCAA this year. They won me 80 bucks in sweet cash in my March Madness pool.

Thanks for the congrats. Glad you won some money!!! That's what happens when you put a massive unibrow on your team! Yes three snakes. Ah ah ah in my house. It has actually helped me get over my fear of them quite a bit, but I am still paranoid. I keep my bedroom ice cold year round so they won't want to come in there.

I am also from KY. We share a wonderful state.
rubberduckie94 13
Yes 115 I love living in ky. It is often the butt of jokes on tv and movies, but those of us that live here know how great out state is.

I live in Ohio too! Haha.

Dude. Watch out. I saw this episode on Infested where the crawlspace under the house was a breeding colony for garter snakes. And only total demolition could eradicate the problem. I'd be shittin my pants buddy...

way to make her feel better, lol. although, she did say it was the third one they found, so you never know. *shivers* i couldn't imagine

I can, I'd a) run screaming b) put on some Damn high & thick boots and come back for my stuff using salad tongs & c) tell the exterminators it's termites, use plastic wrap or something to seal off and exits under the house, and walk away singing "ashes ashes they all fall down!" (not the same death, but close enough for me)

Lololol. I saw that episode too. I'd shit a brick.

Since we use other forms of heat we actually sealed up the heating ducts after this snake came up. That's where we figure they were coming in at. You can not pay me enough money to go to the basement in warm weather.

Why is this even an FML? You caught a snake that most likely ate the mouse you were trying to catch. At least the snake isn't slithering around your house going after your small yappy dog.

Ha. Damn snakes pretending to be mice.

Snakes are the new mice

Omg where do you live??
stormchaser24 24
I have a hard time believing this. Unless the snake just crawled on the mouse trap, I catch snakes for my neighbors all the time since we live near a creek and in the country.

How is this a bad thing?
rubberduckie94 13
Only bad because I think there are probably more.

Put some mouse traps out and maybe you'll catch one;p

That visual of the goings on in my kitchen makes me crack up.
