Today, my parents came to my house for my birthday. My mom backed her car into my motorcycle, knocking it over. She said because it was my birthday I could pay for the damages to her car later. FML

Tell her to sue you. If she does, then counter-sue for damages to your bike. It sucks to have to sue relatives, but if that's what it takes then do it.

Wow. I read a lot of stupid shit about parents that are completely ridiculous. There is no way I'd pay that. I would call the insurance company and make her pay me.
