Today, I lost my job to a girl that graduated with the same bachelor's degree from the same college as me. She also got a master's in an unrelated field. I've been working there 7 months, and her master's in maths apparently makes her a better athletic trainer than me. FML

He’d rather date these girls with no college degree, no career, can’t cook/clean, etc., just because they have a pretty face and a nice body, instead of me who has a respectable future, career, and education. Dude you have your PhD in engineering, that's way more important and will get you farther in life than any girlfriend. Plus between the education and the money you'll make both will bring you many girlfriends if you so desire.

Smart and educated women love PhDs. Also that's an amazing accomplishment certain to improve the quality of your life for years to come. Congratulations!. A relationship might not last, but usually earning a PhD is eternal :)
