Today, I noticed my nephew has blue eyes, freckles and dimples which don't run in my family or my sister's husband's family, but they do run in my husband's family. FML

Run a DNA test on both. Then kick ass if your poor sweet nephew is your stepson.

Maybe you're over reacting? Sorry :(

You guys are ******* IGNORANT AS HELL!! She said it DOESN'T RUN IN HER FAMILY OR HIS so obviously that means she's looked back on what their families look like. If you guys could read you would understand this.

doesnt necessarily mean anything..... learn about genetics? recessive genes?

Blue eyes aren't recessive.

It probably runs through a lot of other people's families so I doubt there's anything to worry about

Actually blue eyes is a recessive trait, which means it has to be in both parents genes

Genetics is weird like that.

Request a maternity test. Don't assume until then.

Are you from Tasmania by any chance?

Well there could be other reasons my sister has straight hair but no one in my mom or dads family does same with her eyes we all have brown or green not blue

YDI For jumping to conclusions their is a easy logical answer to this
