Today, I finally got my wish of having snow on my birthday. Excited, I failed to realise this meant that no one could come to my party, including myself as we were all snowed out of town. What did I spend my 18th doing? Tidying our house. FML

Snowing here in PA... I don't mind snow, but it could of waited another month. Normally play hockey tonight, but they shut the rink down early because of the snow

When I was growing up we always had snow before Halloween, so I'm sure what she's saying is true wherever she lives. And I have absolutely seen snow fall in July & August in Canada. I've also seen it be 20 degrees at Christmas. It's not common, but what she's saying is completely truthful, depending on where you are in this giant country.

Understand your pain, I came all the way from DC to NJ to surprise my mother for her birthday only to see the surprise party cancelled due to the snow. Weird but what can we do? Nothing. Numerous trees down and blocking roads. :-/
