Today, I found out that the medicine I've been taking for my headaches is responsible for my headaches getting even worse. FML

Hey guys! Op, here. I didn't think this would get published! Thanks for all your comments. They made me feel better and definitely made me laugh! Just to follow up a bit, I'm no longer taking that medication and I have a neurologist appointment soon to see if they can help me with the pain! Thanks again!

OP- Do NOT let them put you on Topamax.(Topaproximate) It will make the headaches seem better at first, and a side effect is appetite and wight loss, but after a while your headaches 99% worse, and it will space you out like no other. I was on it for a year. went from being a straight A student to almost failing all classes. it is not healthy and in the long run not worth it at all.

I had the same problem with Topamax. When I started topamax it went well, but then the neurologist said I needed to take more. The migraine was worse than without medication! No I take other medication and it's a little better!

Haha meds. My sis is so very opposed to taking any meds unless absolutely necessary and I take them sparingly. She has this magic ability to know exactly what foods you need to eat to feel better

They're absolutely allowed to sell meds that cause what they treat. It sucks.
