Today, when I tried to talk about how I feel insecure, my fiancee ranted about how supportive she always is of me. Her idea of supportive is to say, "Oh, you'll be fine! You're amazing!", then get back on her phone or turn up the TV. FML
If she is unsupportive, then you need to clearly state how you want her to be supportive. If she is unwilling, consider a new relationship, or if she is unable, both get therapy.
A man willing to express his feelings is hot. Mocking someone for being human is not

You deserve to feel supported and heard. It might be beneficial for you both to take some interpersonal communication classes. However, if she routinely dismisses your feelings with statements designed to end discussions then perhaps she is not ready to be in a relationship.

What do you want her to say? “It’s okay you special little snowflake your precious feelings matter?”. Grow the **** up and go see a therapist!
