A friend of mine cycled through town with a bike where the pedals clip onto your feet. He couldn't unclip a foot fast enough whenever he got to the lights so he just fell over XD

Been there done that. Now I always make sure to clip out around traffic just in case.

It's concrete. Cement is an element found in concrete.

You can mention cement instead of concrete, you just can't call cement concrete. Much like you can say "I eat too much sugar" when you're talking about eating too many lollies.
