You should have been suspicious when he convinced you to move into a building that has a Friend Zone. Most apartment complexes lack that amenity!

You are at college in a apartment building. It won't be hard to replace him. But next time don't wait a year to check in.

if he loved you too it probably would of worked out that you moved in together, you're in college plenty of other fish in the sea.....he'll probably cheat or break up with you soon
