Generational trauma
Today, I discovered my 17 year-old daughter has an eating disorder. When I confronted her, she confessed that she’s doing it because she wants to stay thin, so that her boyfriend doesn’t dump her like her father dumped me for not being thin enough. FML

The only thing you can do for your daughter is get her to a therapist. If you acknowledge that THE reason your husband left was your weight, then you'll have no credibility with her. Maybe you don't want to share the real reasons with her.

if your husband Only left you over your weight, it's his fault not yours. get your daughter to a doctor ASAP, her eating disorder can lead to long term effects on her health
