My sister once blew out a disc throwing away a used tissue. Of course her back wasn't in great shape to start with, just something about the way she turned was the last straw. Her orthopedic surgeon still tells that story to all his patients.

Back definitely. Throwing up through your nose is temporary. Throwing out your back can cause problems for life.
