Foxy Lady
Today, an old lady in public transport yelled at me and my dog, called me a liar, and threw her grape soda over me because according to her my pet Shiba Inu was actually a fox, and keeping foxes as pets is illegal. FML

People over react so bad sometimes. It is ridiculous and unnecessary, especially older people it seems. Think they can get away with anything cause they can pull the "I'm so frail and old" card if someone tries to stick up for themselves. It's a load of BS, and I'm sorry you had to deal with that

That sounds ignorant

People always mistake our part Shiba Ainu for a fox, especially when he is off leash. I feel your pain, OP!

Senile old hag. Hope she didn't do anything to harm your doge. :(

In Michigan, USA red foxes can be kept as pets.

So much wow. Did not expect to get on the first page! Thanks everyone from me and Shiba Koji. Anyway, I remained calm and told the old lady her actions were a bit rude, eventually she walked away.... Did suck I was wearing a white shirt that day....

Depending on where you live having exotic pets is illegal but if you had the proper paperwork and what not it's alright. I would know, because I want a fox as a pet. But yeah that lady needs glasses then.

I love Shiba Inus!!! Such beautiful dogs...don't know what to say about the old lady throwing pop over you except now it's time to teach your dog the "attack" command.
