Cheeky git

Today, my husband told me he had been cheating on me for the past 8 months. Twenty minutes later, he asked me what was for dinner. FML

it sucks but you kinda deserved it for not showing him the door within those 20 minutes

I agree. If it were me those 20 minutes would have been spend driving to a lawyer, not chillin' with him. Also OP, you don't deserve that kind of treatment DO NOT stay with him. An affair is unforgivable!

I'd have said. 'I'm serving divorce papers'.

Put dish soap in his dinner when he's not looking.

This is your reply," What makes you think you're getting any? Oh, by the way, have I introduced you to the door? GET OUTTTA HERE!!!"

Devorce papers were probably served...

I must assume you were either crying, or still in shock. Or possibly debating murder versus divorce versus separation. I do hope you gave him an appropriately snarky answer.

The correct response to that would be "divorce papers." And his ass served on a silver platter.
