Authentification required

Today, after registering my cellphone as my secondary authentication device for my campus account, it died for good. I guess you just don't exist anymore. RIP. We hardly knew ye! Maybe you should call IT on a landline, send them a snail mail on paper, or physically go to the office. I'm sure there's never been a case where a cellphone has been stolen or destroyed -- they'll be amazed at your unheard-of circumstance!

contact your university support. i know for mine, their two factor security rarely works the way it's supposed to do the IT department has its own number for the program. hopefully they can help!
