Today, I was fired for asking HR to move me to another department, due to my manager's unethical behaviour against me. The alternative was shut up and look for another job. Which I have to do now. FML

Today, I was fired for actively seeking employment with another company. Because of having just been fired, the other company will no longer give me the time of day. FML
Today, I was terminated from my job. This comes after I sent HR an email about an inappropriate relationship between my manager and a counselor. Seems like I should have kept my mouth shut. FML
Today, I was fired, all because I asked my manager for help on the line when we were short staffed and he was on his butt in the office. He said it wasn't his job to help us. Apparently, asking your manager for help when you're busy gets you fired. FML
Today, I lost my job. This was a surprise, as my performance hasn’t ever been an issue. My boss couldn’t look me in the eye while it happened, and the HR representative cut me off when I tried to ask why, informing me that they would only answer benefit-related questions. FML
Today, I was fired because I spoke up about a supervisor mistreating me. The assistant VP spent the meeting demeaning me to “teach me a lesson” and then said she was firing me because I “stirred the pot." Man, I really loved that job but I won’t miss the toxic work culture. FML
Today, I got fired from my job. When I asked why, all that was said to me was, "We don't have to disclose that information, but you did nothing wrong. It's just not working out." FML
Today, I came in to work to hand in my resignation. The minute I walked in, my manager took me aside and said he wanted to talk to me in private. He then cancelled my position and fired me. FML
Today, I was laid off from my job as a manager. After cleaning out my office, I began clearing my computer. I received an email from HR announcing a job position that opened up. Too bad it was for my job. FML
Today, one of my employees was fired for refusing to do a basic job necessity. After the meeting with HR, he left the office and tried to go back to work. FML
Today, I got fired for following my work directions. I found out when I tried to badge into work, and paid $40 for a ride home. There also was an argument with my supervisors because I actually follow the directions correctly and knew what they meant. I'm temp to hire so there's no recourse for me. FML

You're not in America so you can actually do something about it. If you were in this country, you'd be screwed.

“Unethical behavior” is kind of vague. If the HR department is competent, they probably don’t fire you for complaining about something actually illegal. Still, retaliating against employees for legitimate complaints about it ethical issues, or even well-intended but incorrect complaints, generally constitutes wrongful dismissal. Good luck on the job search, and find a lawyer to consult. I hope you have success on the wrongful dismissal suit!

Still, retaliating against employees for legitimate complaints about it ethical issues, or even well-intended but incorrect complaints, generally constitutes wrongful dismissal. If the story is true you have slam dunk case in Polish court for wrongful job termination. It's not USA, employees are protected.

US is "at will", they can fire for any and no reason.

People have to get over the idea that HR is their friend. HR are the henchmen of top management shielding them from accountability.
