carpol tunnel can be caused by any repetattive movement of the hand and wrist so it might be a combination of texting, typing and masturbating. its not the end of the world you can get a wrist support to help you out if it isn't too bad or if need be a small operation can be done. The pain is caused by the lining in your wrist that holds all the veins and nerves together getting too tight so they cut away the lining to allow them more freedom. Hopefully yours won't be bad enough for that though.
