I was saying FYL and about to say I get how you feel, since I've been with my boyfriend for almost two years and, though he said he loves me as a friend and cares a lot about me as anything, he said he's not yet sure he truly loves me *that* way. Which I found kind of upsetting since he used to tell his shorter-term ex girlfriends he loved them while they were in a relationship. But now reading the comments I see those saying how your bf is trying to be honest and make sure he really feels it 100% when he says it, have great points. Also, the way HE said it does sound like you're his first love. So maybe whether your life is ****** is a matter of how you see this.
