Dogs don't "like" to take explosive *****. Frankly, they don't really care what kind of shit they take. However, a dog should not have explosive bowel movements on a regular basis. If this is an occasional thing, fine. Chances are it's probably something the dog ate or the digestive system was bothered for some reason. If this is a regular occurrence, it would be more helpful to your grandmother for you to help her look into the dog's diet and see if something there is causing it whether it be the food or treats she's feeding it. Some dogs have more sensitive digestive systems than others. Old Man Collie's system could be set off by just about anything, my Xolo's is pretty strong, and the Bluetick's the dog we call "Iron Gut" because he can eat anything and his digestive system doesn't go all wonky. I had three dogs up until my old man died earlier this year so I know the pain of having someone with cannon butt. The more dogs you have, the more chances for it to occur. It's no fun to have to clean up or deal with in any way so getting to the cause of the cannon butt and fixing it is the best way to go. I know it's not your dog, but helping someone fix something like that in their dog can be so helpful since dealing with dogs and their shit is a daily occurrence.
