Today, I went to McDonalds. The girl behind the counter had just got my food together when she slipped on the floor and dropped it. I had already paid. Apparently I have to pay again for the same amount of food for the products she dropped. Her manager agreed. I had to pay double. FML

Write or call the next person up the chain of command? They should have a regional manager, you might have to ask around for the number though.

I would have told them if they wanted someone to pay for lost product that they can take it out of that girls paycheck.

They took your money and didn't give you the promised goods (I hesitate to call it food) in return. That's theft. No way you leave the store until they put that right.
