Lol
How about saying 'no I have plans'? What are your parents going to do, ground you? Its their fault they raised a kid they can't trust alone for a night who is now legally an adult...
I think that even if her sister is a special needs kid, that OP should still have the right to turn down her parents request for babysitting. I mean, it's not fair to you that you have to cancel your plans so that they don't have to cancel theirs- she's their daughter, not yours. if they feel uncomfortable for leaving her home alone for whatever reason then it's their responsibility to find a sitter. they can't just shove that responsibility off on you. YDI for not saying no and not standing up for yourself. obviously you agreed to it, so stop complaining.
dude seriously? She's passed legal adult age. that's sad that your parents don't trust her enough to let her stay home on her own. and i doubt this is fake. my parents are overprotective of me and i'm 20. come on -_-;
Yeah but after the age if 18 that realy is only blabbering. They have no exact power after that point.
#43, "YDI" stands for "You Dumb Idiot," you dumb idiot!!!

You're obviously an adult, since your little sister is 19. YDI for not just saying "no, I have plans." Don't blame others because you lack a spine.
WTF?
