Today, I visited my grandma. She offered me some chips in a Ziploc bag. I thought they were sour cream and onion chips from the look of them. They tasted funny, but I didn't want to be rude and I kept eating. I looked closer after a while and noticed that what I thought were chives was actually mold. FML

They say that Buddha died from eating spoiled meat the home of some Chinese peasants. He felt it would be rude and disrespectful not to eat what they had been kind enough to offer from their limited supplies. If they make a statue of you, I am SO gonna rub your belly.

If something tastes strange it's best not to eat it, regardless of who you insult.

I've never seen a moldy potato chip in my life. They must have gotten wet at some point. Blargh. FYL

Wow, so you don't eat there but you let your grandma eat her own expired food? Why not take her grocery shopping so things don't spoil? I feel bad for your grandma.

This might seem odd but what does ' =/= ' mean? I see it alot and I don't understand it. OP next time bring your own chips haha

=/= means "not equal to" or "does not equal". Because there's no actual "does not equal" sign on the keyboard, people made up their own.

umm chives == mold. even a retard can tell when something is moldy. YDI

Daaaaaaaaaaaamn. Intoxication FML right away! :D

Just like my grandma :) I always double check the due date on all the snacks she gives me.

"Big elaborate *spoiled* dinner" Haha! Love it. :D

that sucks but i don't really see why it would be so rude to just say "no thanks" to some chips. it's not as if she cooked you a big, elaborate spoiled dinner or something. it's just chips!

Hahaha want the number for poison control???
