So.. I guess it's impossible to tell her what happened? I think if a job's riding on it, you should probably take a little more care into ensuring she doesn't have the wrong impression.
never had poisen sumac rash but i have eczema so i think i know how you feel. it really sucks and you hate saying over and over what it is...I'd try to explain what happened!

yeahh, long sleeves, concealer, explanation, offering to take a drug test, there are just so many ways this could have been avoided. good luck with your job hunt though

Yeah, you could've worn longer sleeves, or maybe tried some concealer? I suppose you could've also tried to explain to her about the rash, but she probably wouldn't have believed you anyway...so yeah fyl.
You shouldn't work at a place that would jump to 'rash' decisions like your interviewer did.
