I've got three statements to make. 1. How the eff did your employee do that? Im not trying to be mean but how could they have done that like.. were you just standing there or something? because its pretty wierd for a employee to do that quickly. 2. its just a tie darl! even if it could be expensive, its not like your house got burnt, because that would have been Waay worse. and 3. FIRE THIS PERSON BACK! either fire them from their job or sue them or some shii. or do both xD or maybe this story has been told from your perspective and hasn't been really solved. so if you don't fire them or do something about it its probably your fault :D

Agreed. Most FMLs ramble on and give details that nobody gives a shit about; we just want to hear the punchline that makes it an FML. HOW was your life ******? The short ones are a nice break from the norm.

Im reading the name as mcdman....like McDonald's man/manager? In that case, its rather plausible that even the employee didn't know that they did it. It could have been a complete accident in the kitchen!
