Today, I was on the bus when a really cute guy came on. The only seat left was the one next to me, so I smiled and waited for him to sit down. He looked at the seat, looked at me, and opted to stand until his stop. FML

Learn a little body language. If I'm not in a particular need of sitting down, and I feel that the person that I would be sitting down would be umconfortable with me, and I feel like, well, I can stand the rest of the way, then I don't inconvenience them. I always try to just sit at the back anyways; but if I'm tired or going on a longer trip, I'll sit anywhere, next to anyone. It's just a goddamned bus trip anyways, don't read too much into it. Next time keep smiling and looking at him. I don't know why the hell so many American women have forgotten how to flirt. Outside of the US it's harder to hook up, but when a woman wants to hook up with you, you know it sooner and more easily.
