Bunch of freeloaders...

Today, after having my Wi-Fi unlocked for two years, I decided to lock it since it was running slowly. Everybody in my apartment building came to my door and asked me why I did it. I've been unknowingly providing free Wi-Fi to the entire building for years, but now that it's protected I'm getting constant dirty looks. FML

Fun fact: that's technically illegal. To look more like an asshole, call the cops on everyone!

Unlocked means password free. Did you not think people weren't going to treat you like a Starbucks?

Um....I'd go ballistic on the freeloaders. Tell them to get their own!

Screw them. Keep it locked and tell them to get their own.

I have two Wi-Fis set up on my router. one is for my personal use, one is for guests. if someone outside of my friends and family wants to use it, they can, but I'll charge them for the password, and after their time is up, I will disconnect it. And both are locked.

Well, at least your wifi is back on track. To be fair, you should have secured your wifi the momento you got it, so expect to be hated for some time.
