You ******* deserve to die. It was a squirell you asshole. Now you wrecked that dude's day because you were afraid to get some guts on your grille? **** you. Its assholes like you that make insurance so ******* outrageous. I hope he sues you into the ******* poor house you brainless ****.
If he sues, it's gonna be very hard for him to win since the person who rear-ended the other person is almost always at fault, and in this case, he is.
True, but breaking for no reason, causing an accident, is also illegal.
I don't think anyone is going to believe it is new now.
I think 27 was being sarcastic guys ..
Because of your stupid action, you now have to pay your deductible for your insurance to fix your car; the person behind you has to pay theirs; and both of you will see your insurance premiums raised for the next 3 - 7 years. Does the $1,000 - $2,500 you have to shell out make you feel better about trying (and failing) to save a squirrel?
at least you weren't the one responsible for the squirrel's death. You'd have to live with that for the rest of your life. probably see his terrified little face everywhere.. in your dreams.. in your coffee cup ... everywhere you look he'd haunt you.
Awwww my squirrels :(

Hmmm... that's why you don't "slam on your brakes" for small rodents:(
You're supposed to keep driving unless it's a animal that can cause an accident, like a deer. Otherwise, surprise surprise, the abruptent stop can cause an even bigger accident than hitting a squirrel. I'm 16 and I know this.
