Today, my best friend told me that I wasn't invited to her wedding, saying that I was too pretty and that I would outshine her at the ceremony. I laughed and said that she was being ridiculous. She eventually confessed the real reason why I wasn't invited: apparently I'm an annoying bitch. FML

Today, my best friend announced she was getting married. I've always wanted to be a bridesmaid but she then added, "You can't be in the bridal party because you don't have the same body type as the other bridesmaids. But you can still come to the bachelorette party!" FML

Today, I’m supposed to be a bridesmaid at my sister's wedding, but she doesn’t want me in the photos because I’m over a foot taller than her and the other bridesmaids, and it will look silly in the photos. I told her I won’t even bother attending, and mom actually took her side. FML

Understandable, I know I've laughed at many wedding pictures and other group photos where everyone is pretty except one who looks like a raped car crash. I wouldn't want that on mine. Still FYL.

Seriously some people don't think, that's the only explanation I can think of. "Boohoo I can't be maid of honor", well so ******* what, unless she's friends with you for your looks WHY do you think this means you can't be friends? Someone had a nice big bowl of dumbass today. And LOL they'll probably divorce in a couple of months anyways. I wouldn't be surprised if the OP's 'best' friend is more concerned with a wedding than her actual marriage at the end of the day.

Yeah, the one having a bowl of dumbass is the OP or you all. Ugly people are ok, but even if it was my best friend I'd probably not let him/her be the maid of honor if I were a bride getting married. Sometimes you just have to be honest. This doesn't mean they can't be friends...
