That's a horrible thing to say! And to do. If I were to get married when I looked back on my photos I'd rather see the people I cared about, not the people who looked good next to me. Your friend sounds pretty shallow. And I bet you're prettier than she gives you credit for. I imagine she has some twisted judgement of beauty, anyway. She certainly has a twisted judgement of priorities and of appropriateness.
