You're 17, get over it. Here's the deal: until you get your own place, whatever your parents say goes. His house, his rules. And don't bitch that it "isn't fair." Cause it is. You're not paying rent, I'll assume. And I doubt you're paying for anything else. So, yeah. Until you start contributing, it is fair for your dad to set a curfew or any other rules he may deem necessary.
