I stick by what I said before, NO ONE is forcing them to use the service. Have you watched commercials lately? MOST of the stuff being sold is stuff people don't need. People are allowed to sell whatever they want (within the confines of the law, and there's nothing illegal about the texting services). Other people need to have the common sense to decide "hey, I don't need that so I'm not gonna buy it" or "I don't need that, but I can afford it, so lets do it". Robbery implied money being taken, not someone making a conscious decision to fork it over. You are talking about stupid people, not mentally handicapped, and stupid people have the ability to make decisions for themselves. Them making the wrong ones is no reason for humanity to rally behind them and protect them from the big, bad, evil, meanie businesses.
