Today, in an effort to try and be closer to my girlfriend's son, I bought him an expensive Xbox game I know he desperately wanted so we could play it together. He was excited, until he realised that I that paid for it. He snapped the disc and threw the pieces in the bin. At least I tried. FML

Today, my girlfriend destroyed my Xbox, because somewhere in her psycho brain she actually thought it would get me to pay more attention to her, even though I only play 3 hours on a Sunday. Joke's on her, I bought a new one, she’s back on the streets, and I play it a whole lot more now. FML
Today, I took my girlfriend to get her nails done, gave her 500 spending money, took her to eat, bought her son a TV, then bought her clothes. We get to her house, she steps inside then gets furious her son had made a mess and hadn't cleaned his room. She told me to take the TV back, which I did, then got reamed for doing so. FML
Today, it was supposed to be a big date day for my girlfriend and I. She really loves a specific video game, so I did what I thought was special on it. I learned the hard way that doing so ruined the entire day for her over the video game. FML
Today, in an attempt to get my son to stop playing Call of Duty, I threw his Xbox controller out the window. He was so desperate, he followed it. His bedroom is on the second floor. My son has 3 broken ribs, and no future. FML
Today, I was out shopping with my son and unbeknownst to me, he had secretly added a bunch of expensive games he wanted to the trolley. I was too embarrassed at the till to make a fuss as there was a huge line behind me. I watched as my normal £50 shopping bill climbed to over £400. FML
Today, I met a guy that I liked. We really hit it off, that is until his parents walked by and he started begging them, down on his hands and knees, to buy him a new video game. FML
Today, it's my husband's birthday. I tried to buy him a new computer game, to which he complained. I cooked him steak and his favorite cake, and got him another nice gift instead. Hours later, his online friends bought him a new game and it was the only time I saw him genuinely smile. FML
Today, my husband called me from the store, trying to decide whether or not to buy the new games console he's been wanting. I'd already purchased one and hid it, ready for Christmas Day. I couldn't talk him into not buying himself one. There goes a $500 surprise. FML
Today, my boyfriend broke up with me because he wanted to make the most of his 1 month X-Box Live coupon. FML
Today, my fiancé pawned off my engagement ring so he could buy himself a PS4. FML

Get his mom to repay you out of his allowance clearly the little **** is spoilt and needs to be taught a lesson about being ungrateful and a month ban from gaming/internet/cellphone should teach him a decent lesson!!!

Like several others have said, he's jealous of the time his mom is spending with you, and feels like you're invading. Buy yourself a copy of the game and invite him to play with you. Let him refuse and don't take it personal. Spend time with him as well as his mom and he'll warm up eventually. I speak from his perspective. All the guys my mom dated after my dad were pricks that never gave me the time of day. Neither of them lasted because my sister and I wedged them apart. :D

I tried physical disks with my sister's kids and they'd always get it scratched. When digital came out, I never bought another physical game for myself or them. This next one if you buy it, should be digital, not disk. And from now on whenever you buy any kid of your girlfriend a game, make it digital to avoid them damaging it on purpose, or accidentally.
