Today, while BMXing I felt my chain break loose. I only looked down for a split second, and that's all it took for me to crash into a young scooter kid, breaking not only my own nose and elbow, but both his arms. FML

Halloween

A failed costume, stolen candy and a very real scare: Halloween, the one night when fear is allowed.

dude, next time, hit the brakes first. this is a clear ydi.

Most bmx bikes don't have brakes, and it was a split second thing, wouldn't have helped either way, 100% scooter kids fault. Either way when you enter a park you accept all responsibility for injuries you receive.

This is more like a "F*ck HIS Life"

I fell for the kids family, they're the ones who're gonna have to wipe his arse now..

Pretty sure they're used to it as babies need their asses wiped too. And it was a "young" kid so probably not out of diapers long

It's okay, scooter kids deserve it

In my experience as a skateboarder I can guarantee with like 98% certainty that it was probably the scooter kids fault. Majority of scooter riders are kids old enough to know to what they're doing but young enough to not ******* pay attention to where they're going or their surroundings and get in the way of skaters and BMXers alike and they are always getting hit, hurt, or toppled when a skater or BMXer doesn't have enough time to react

From what I hear, scooter kids are awful, anyways.
