Today, my boss fired three of the four other people who were going to work with me on Black Friday in my department. Now it's just me and a new hire. My boss doesn't see a problem. FML

So when the customers start getting mad just keep your cool and have the manager come down and placate them each time they scream. He'll realize his mistake.

well why did the three of them get fired? Sounds like there's more to the story here such as they looked at confidential sales info or something...

OP here. They mouthed off to the manager + frequently missed shifts, so they won't be missed (except tomorrow)
