If you're trying to catch a bus and the only solution you can think of is sticking your arm in the closing door instead of just knocking or waving... No, it's not.

Tbh, it probably wasn't his fault. If you got on last second it's very possible the driver already started closing the doors.

Be glad it was only a bruised arm. The driver could of not noticed and drive off dragging you along the side of the bus.
