Today, I was at a professional hockey game. I wasn't paying attention and a puck was shot into the stands and hit me in the face. My mouth was bleeding and I lost two teeth. As I was trying to cough up my teeth the old man next to me shoved me over and stole the puck. Everyone cheered. FML

i dont believe this one, they have nets up so pucks don't go up into the stands. And the places where there aren't nets are the places where if a puck did go into the stands it wouldn't be shot that hard.

all you hockey bashers need to get a grip. the key here is..."i wasn't paying attention". before EVERY game they give a big, lengthy speech about spectators paying attention because pucks could fly out into the stands at any time, just like in baseball a foul ball could shoot into the stands. it's your fault for not paying attention. sorry.

People, stop blaming the OP for not paying attention. Even when you're watching the game carefully the whole time, it's still hard to dodge a puck coming at you, especially one going fast enough to knock out teeth.
